Proposed elementary school (floors 1 & 2) Non Market Housing (floors 3 - 9) City of Vancouver Owns the land with intent for a school to be built on the site with a “Non Market” housing component above the school. This project won’t happen anytime soon according to City of Vancouver. The BC government will focus on the Concord Pacific area school first before pursuing this project.
